Amazing place! Our server Bekzot was very accomodating and friendly. Food was best we tried in Istanbul so far - we had a big meat platter for 7 people and they also gave complimentary salad and souces. I suggest you make a resenvation ahead of time, as we did. There were a lot of people waiting in line as restaurant was full. Overall a pleasant visit, we will definitely come again next time we are in Istanbul.

Had an amazing dinner here! The food was incredible, really fresh, well made and healthy. Plenty of on the house appetizers and apple tea, all of which were delicious and pleasant surprises. The staff were really friendly and professional and the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. Could easily spend hours just sitting in the restaurant and enjoying.

This restaurant has easily become one of the absolute highlights of our time in Turkey. Calling it “the best” would not be an exaggeration, we found ourselves coming back every single day, simply because one visit was never enough. Each meal felt like a new experience, consistently delicious and beautifully prepared. What truly sets this place apart is the balance between quality and value for money. The portions are generous, the pricing is fair, and the ingredients are clearly fresh and hygienically handled. You can taste the care in every dish, nothing feels rushed, reheated, or adjusted only for tourists. Instead, it feels honest, well-cooked, and deeply satisfying. The staff deserve special appreciation. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. What impressed us most is how flexible and accommodating they are. They genuinely adapt dishes according to your preferences, whether it’s spice level, ingredients, or small custom requests. This level of personalization is rare, especially in busy tourist areas, and it makes you feel truly valued as a guest rather than just another customer. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a place where you can comfortably linger, enjoy your meal, and even return later the same day without hesitation. Overall, this restaurant delivers outstanding food, warm hospitality, cleanliness, and consistency. A must-visit spot that quickly turns into a favorite and one you’ll remember long after the trip ends.

The best restaurant in a very touristy area!!! I was so glad we found this gem. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service was very good. The food, well, after the 1st dinner there we kept coming back as we didn’t want to try anything else and risk it being disappointed. I strongly recommend this restaurant. They won’t serve alcohol, so do your pre drinks elsewhere, because it is so worth going. Also a reservation is recommended as it gets busy.

We absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious and exactly what we were hoping for. We had visited a year ago for breakfast and were impressed by the service and prices, so on our second trip to Istanbul we decided to come back for dinner — and it did not disappoint. The service was perfect: everyone was incredibly kind, and they even offered complimentary starters and apple tea. Something that really stood out to us was that the tip wasn’t automatically added to the bill; they left it entirely up to us, which we really appreciated, especially after learning that adding it elsewhere isn’t the norm. Truly a 20/10 experience, and we would return without hesitation.

Lovely little restaurant serving traditional Turkish dishes at very reasonable prices! Arguably one of the tastiest Iskender Kebabs I've ever eaten! Amazingly well presented dishes and I love the cool metallic trays that the food was served on! Love the atmosphere of this restaurant and it's a welcome gesture that starter dips, bread and apple tea were all included at no additional charge! Also I received a 10% discount thanks to a referral from my local Airbnb! Probably one of my favourite dining experiences in Istanbul and really handy that it was so close to my Airbnb!

Stopped over for couple days. Stayed over at Grand Yovuz in Sultan Ahmed. This is the best resturant right across the hotel. Walked around to decide to try other places but made our way back 5 times here. Great atmosphere , great food and even greater service. Enjoyed everything here from breakfast to dinner. Must try and highly recommended! They also service couple dips if you order food and provide complimentary tea after your meal.

I was wondering how a restaurant with over 8k reviews keeps 4.9 rating, but everything was clear when I visited the place. The food was fantastic—I especially loved the Adana Kebap, the tender Kuzu Sis (Lamb Shish), and the wonderfully flavorful hummus. Beyond the delicious food, the hospitality was top-notch; being offered a complimentary tea was a lovely touch. The ambience was great and quiet, making for a truly relaxing and enjoyable meal. Highly recommend
